Hotel Internet Services Hosts 11th Annual Golf for the Future Tournament to Raise Funds and Awareness for Community Education Programs
SEMINOLE, Fla. —Hotel Internet Services (HIS), a full-service provider of internet connectivity services and solutions for the hospitality industry, is proud to announce that it is hosting and sponsoring the 11th annual Golf for the Future Tournament in Seminole, Florida. With the goal of raising funds to benefit both children and adults relying on Community Learning Center (CLC) services, the tournament is set to take place on November 9th at Seminole’s Bardmoor Golf & Tennis Club.
With Gary Patrick, CEO of HIS serving on the CLC board and assisting the organization for over 13 years, his ongoing efforts, along with those of HIS, continue to play an active role in promoting greater educational opportunities throughout the community. Among this year’s goals is to raise sufficient funds to expand the CLC’s teaching resources from supporting approximately 50 children to more than 300 per week. Proceeds earned will go towards the center’s various tutoring programs and projects on charter education.
“Regardless of the industries we serve, educating and creating opportunities for our communities is ultimately the key to building a better and more prosperous society that everyone can benefit from,” commented Patrick. “As a leading developer of internet connectivity solutions, HIS also recognizes that our ability to continue making breakthroughs in technology rests on the talent and skills of those we recruit from our local communities. With that in mind, we’re thrilled to once again contribute to this amazing cause, together with the CLC and additional sponsoring companies—and we look forward to seeing the positive results that this year’s event will achieve.”
HIS also serves as a Platinum Sponsor for the golfing tournament, which frequently attracts sponsorships from a range of reputable organizations, including HIS partner, RUCKUS CommScope. As one of hospitality’s most reputable providers of industry-tailored Wi-Fi network solutions, HIS is certified as a RUCKUS Elite Partner, demonstrating its extensive knowledge and experience with the latest advances in network technology.
