Ground tracking added to TRAQPak FBO software, real-time aircraft tracking
ARGUS International has introduced a new addition to its TRAQPak FBO software.
Ground tracking has been added to ARGUS’ TRAQPak software to provide real-time tracking on the ground. Subscribers can know where an airplane is located at an airport. The addition of ground tracking allows subscribers to experience a new level of technology when tracking FBOs, enhancing visibility for airport operations.

The new feature is an added benefit for service companies, like catering and ground transportation. This addition can provide more real-time data for workers and provide an improved understanding of the taxi time for an aircraft, relative to positioning at an airport.
TRAQPak FBO was designed with FBOs to provide important information to users. The software can help a user to understand airport operations. The functionality of geofencing can increase important and necessary insight into other data, like a facility’s market share at an airport.
ARGUS also has TRAQPak PRO to provide aircraft activity data like analyzing flight hours, cycles and fuel burn data. The TRAQPak Fleet program allows a user to track an aircraft in real-time, providing additional reports for supporting daily operations.
The specialized aviation services company provides an assortment of services like software programs, safety solutions, training, consulting, analytics and a registry for operators and brokers.
“Bringing our ground tracking to the marketplace has been an active collaboration between our customers and our TRAQPak team,” SVP of Market Intelligence with ARGUS, Travis Kuhn, said. “I am proud to be a part of a team that continues to work tirelessly to meet and exceed the standard of service our industry expects. This new offering is the first of multiple changes we’ll be bringing to the marketplace as we move throughout 2023.”
