Atypio Hotels expands its management portfolio with 12 hotels through Covivio partnership

Paris-based Atypio Hotels announces the launch of its partnership with Covivio Hotels (a subsidiary of Covivio), which has entrusted it with the management of 12 of its establishments located in Île-de-France and Occitanie (France). These new hotels, ranging from 2 to 4 stars, allow Atypio Hotels to expand its portfolio to 38 properties.

Through this collaboration, Atypio Hotels strengthens its position in the hospitality industry in both management and co-investment. Currently, the group directly manages 23 hotels, representing 60.5% of its portfolio, while an additional 15 hotels (39.5%) are under contractual management agreements.

This new strategic step highlights Covivio Hotels’ confidence in Atypio’s expertise and management capabilities. The partnership also marks a significant milestone in the group’s mission: to provide an efficient and responsible management platform while ensuring high-quality experiences for both business and leisure travelers.

Atypio Hotels continues to grow with a model focused on performance, innovation, and guest well-being, under the promise of delivering “#AllInGoodTime” hospitality for everyone.

Founded in 2018 by Etienne Faguer and Jérôme Schibler, Atypio is a dynamic hotel group specializing in 3- and 4-star hotels, primarily under the Accor brand. The group focuses on hotel management, conversions, and repositioning, while integrating CSR initiatives such as developing urban aeroponic farms to supply its hotels. Atypio aims to become a key player in the sector by also offering management mandates to other investors.

Covivio, a major player in real estate and hospitality, recently announced the launch of WiZiU, its new hotel management platform, as part of its strategic focus on the hospitality sector. This initiative is part of a series of actions aimed at increasing the group’s involvement in hotel operations, following its significant increase in stake in Covivio Hotels, its dedicated hospitality subsidiary.
