Amber Aviation received its first batch of Gulfstream G450 aircraft through a partnership with NetJets on Friday, allowing the company to expand the inventory available for its new fractional leasing program.
The core fleet will be operated under Amber Aviation sub-brand AmberNet, which will introduce the first fractional lease program in China.
“Many customers are looking forward to joining the program once the aircraft arrive,” said Chang Qiusheng, founder and president of Amber Aviation. “The product has gotten off to a very smooth start, with customers even using the aircraft on the delivery flights back to Asia.”

In addition to the fractional lease program, AmberNet also offers Jet Card and membership service options.
Quisheng commented on Amber Aviation’s “tireless efforts” in working with the NetJets team to bring the long-range jets to the market. “As we continue to receive aircraft from NetJets, we are also working towards fulfilling our service commitments to our customers.”
Additional aircraft are expected to be delivered in the near future, with 20 Gulfstream G450s being added to AmberNet’s fleet by the end of 2023.
After the aircraft arrive at the Shenzhen headquarters, they will be dispersed across major cities in China and Asia, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore.
